  • Information may be limited, unaudited, prepared by the sponsor, or not subject to public-company reporting requirements.
  • Valuations may be subjective; distributions and exit timing are uncertain; leverage can magnify losses.

6. Accredited-Investor and Eligibility Information

A website question about accreditation, income, net worth, liquidity, sophistication, or investment interest is preliminary screening only. It is not verification, acceptance, a suitability determination, or a recommendation. The authorized offering party determines eligibility and may require additional documentation.

7. Independent Diligence and Professional Advice

You must independently review definitive documents, fees, conflicts, financial information, tax consequences, legal structure, management, risks, and your own circumstances. Consult qualified legal, tax, accounting, and investment professionals. Do not rely on a summary, interview, newsletter, webinar, social post, testimonial, or projection as the sole basis for a decision.

8. Performance, Targets, and Projections

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Targets, forecasts, internal rates of return, multiples, yields, distributions, valuations, timelines, and other forward-looking statements are hypothetical or based on assumptions that may not occur. 12. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship

Accessing content, attending an event, subscribing to a newsletter, joining a membership, or receiving information about an opportunity does not by itself create a fiduciary, investment-advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or professional-client relationship. Any such relationship must be created by a separate written agreement with a legally authorized party.
