PRIVACY POLICY
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Build Wealth Inc. ("Build Wealth," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use a website, newsletter, form, event, account, product, or service that links to this Policy; communicate with us; or otherwise interact with us in a business-to-consumer context (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy does not govern personal information handled by a separate issuer, investment vehicle, adviser, broker-dealer, crowdfunding intermediary, custodian, payment processor, employer, or other third party under its own privacy notice. When another entity collects information directly, review that entity's notice.

3. Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you, including forms, checkouts, applications, surveys, support communications, and event registration.

- From service providers, such as payment, CRM, hosting, email, SMS, analytics, security, event, and customer-support providers.
- From referral, advertising, affiliate, business, and event partners, where permitted by law.
- From public sources and professional networks.
- From separate issuers, sponsors, advisers, broker-dealers, or other investment-related parties when permitted and disclosed.
4. How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, personalize, and administer the Services; create accounts; fulfill purchases; deliver content; and manage events.
- Process transactions, subscriptions, refunds, and customer support.
- Respond to inquiries and send administrative, security, transactional, and service communications.
- With appropriate permission, send newsletters, marketing email, marketing SMS, and information about products, events, or investment opportunities.
- Understand interests and eligibility responses, personalize content, and route requests to the appropriate entity or service provider.
- Measure performance, attribution, audience engagement, and advertising; conduct analytics; and improve the Services.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Maintain records, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with law, regulation, legal process, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations.
- Create aggregated or deidentified information that we do not attempt to reidentify except as permitted by law.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, log files, and similar technologies. These technologies support essential functions, remember preferences, measure traffic and communications, prevent fraud, attribute conversions, and personalize content or advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, our cookie banner link. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality. Where applicable law requires consent, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies. Where required, we will recognize supported universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser sending the signal.
6. Email and SMS Communications
Email. We may send transactional or service email when necessary to fulfill a request or purchase. If you subscribe or otherwise opt in, we may also send newsletters and marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. We may retain a minimal suppression record so we can honor your choice. You may continue to receive non-marketing messages, such as receipts, security notices, or support responses.
SMS. We send marketing text messages only where you have separately provided legally sufficient consent. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We will honor other reasonable revocation requests as required by law. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose SMS opt-in information or consent records to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose them to vendors that help deliver or administer messaging, to the entity identified in the consent, or as required by law. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, except as expressly authorized by you and permitted by law.

8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures of identifiers, device data, internet activity, and marketing data to advertising, analytics, or referral partners may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.
Where applicable, you may opt out by sending a request to [email protected], or through a recognized universal opt-out signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of persons under 18.
9. Automated Processing and Profiling
We may use rules or automated tools to segment audiences, personalize content, identify likely interests, prioritize support, prevent fraud, or determine which opportunities or messages to display. We do not use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you unless we provide any notice, consent, and rights required by law.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, honor communication choices, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or reporting obligations. We consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the relationship, legal requirements, risk, and whether the purpose can be achieved through deidentification.

11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, taking into account the information and risks involved. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of personal information; correction; deletion; a portable copy; information about collection, use, and disclosure; and opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, appeal a denied request, and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a right.

We will verify requests using information appropriate to the sensitivity of the request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted; we may require proof of authority and direct identity confirmation.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will explain why and, where required, provide appeal instructions. To appeal, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
13. California and Other U.S. State Notices
The categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described in Sections 2 through 8. During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and disclosed the categories described there for the stated business and commercial purposes. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law unless disclosed at collection.
Where state law applies, residents may exercise the rights described in Section 12, including opt-out rights for covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling. We will honor valid universal opt-out signals where required. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information unless we provide separate terms explaining the material terms and value calculation.
14. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other international privacy law applies, Build Wealth Inc. is the controller for the processing described in this Policy unless another notice identifies a different controller. We process information as necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, and based on consent where required.
Personal information may be transferred to the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism and safeguards. You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, port, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority.
15. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
16. Third-Party Sites and Services
Links and integrations may take you to a third party with its own privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's privacy, security, or content. Review the applicable notice before providing information.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, practices, or law. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
