Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope and Order of Priority
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases from Build Wealth Inc. unless checkout, an order form, or a separately signed agreement clearly states a different policy. If product-specific terms conflict with this Policy, the product-specific terms control for that purchase. Your statutory rights are not limited.
Build Wealth Inc. processes payments only for its products, memberships, subscriptions, and events. All investment-related payments are handled separately by the applicable issuer, fund, or administrator under the applicable offering documents, never through this website or Build Wealth Inc. accounts. This Policy does not create a right to cancel or redeem an investment.
2. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- Email [email protected] from the address used for purchase.
- Include your name, order number or receipt, product or event, purchase date, and the action requested.
- Submit the request before the applicable deadline. A request is timely when received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the final eligible day.
- We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days and ordinarily decide a complete request within 5 business days.
3. Proposed Product-Specific Rules

4. Cancellations or Material Changes by Build Wealth
If Build Wealth cancels a paid product or event without providing a reasonably comparable substitute, you may choose a refund of the amount paid for the canceled item or a credit. If an event is rescheduled or moved from in-person to virtual and the change is material, we will provide the remedy described in the event-specific terms or, if none, a reasonable refund or credit option.
We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other third-party costs unless expressly agreed in writing. We encourage refundable arrangements and appropriate insurance.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless law or the payment processor requires otherwise. We generally submit an approved refund within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original processing, currency-conversion, or third-party fees may be non-refundable where permitted and disclosed.
6. Installment Plans
An installment plan divides a total purchase price; it is not a pay-as-you-go subscription unless checkout says otherwise. Canceling access after the refund period does not cancel remaining installments. If a timely refund is approved, future installments will be canceled and amounts already paid will be refunded as provided by the applicable terms.
7. Promotions, Bundles, and Physical Goods
Promotional, bonus, or bundled items follow the refund rule for the primary purchase unless checkout says otherwise. If physical goods are offered, the checkout page will disclose shipping destinations, estimated delivery, return eligibility, condition requirements, return authorization, and who pays return shipping before purchase.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a billing concern. Nothing in this Policy waives a right you have under law or your payment-card agreement. We may provide transaction, access, delivery, and communication records to the payment processor in response to a dispute.
