The complexity gap

More wealth creates more options.

It shouldn’t create more confusion.

As your financial life grows, the challenge changes. You need a clearer view of the whole picture, a better framework for allocating capital, and access to the right expertise when decisions get complicated.

01 Your financial picture gets fragmented.

Assets, liabilities, entities and investments live in different places.

02 The people around your wealth see different pieces.

Your CPA, attorney, estate professionals, business advisors and investment experts each bring expertise — but rarely see the same complete picture.

03 More opportunities create more decisions.

Access alone doesn’t tell you what belongs in your portfolio.

What gets harder as wealth grows

Visibility Seeing assets, liabilities, entities and exposure as one financial picture.

Allocation Deciding what role each asset should play instead of collecting opportunities.

Coordination Knowing when tax, estate, legal, risk, business or investment expertise matters.

Judgment Evaluating each new opportunity against the portfolio you already have.

Build Wealth is designed around the decisions that become harder as wealth becomes more complex.

An investor asks

“Is this a good deal?”

An allocator asks

“Does this belong

in my portfolio?”

The shift from evaluating investments individually to allocating capital intentionally.

How Build Wealth helps

02 / get better access

More access isn’t the point. Better access is.

Build Wealth brings members curated private-market opportunities, does the work to understand what they are, and creates member advantages where available.

You still decide what belongs in your portfolio.

01

Curated

Selected for quality and alignment – not volume.

02

Diligenced

We examine the manager, structure, assumptions, risks and terms before an opportunity reaches the community.

03

Member
advantage

Members may receive earlier or preferred access and better economics where available.

02 / build the right bench

Put better people around increasingly complex decisions.

Complex decisions benefit from people who bring different kinds of context: peers who have made similar decisions and practitioners who know when specialized expertise matters.

Peers

Learn alongside people who allocate their own capital.

Your peers aren’t there to tell you what to invest in. They bring different experiences, questions and perspectives to the decisions you’re already making.

Members gain access to workshops, education and relationships with experienced practitioners across the areas that increasingly intersect with wealth.

faq

What membership

is — and

what it isn’t.

Who is Build Wealth for?

Build Wealth is designed for accredited investors who have accumulated meaningful wealth and want to become more intentional about how they allocate capital — especially across increasingly complex public, private, business and real-asset holdings.

What do I actually get as a member?

Membership brings together BWx portfolio visibility, portfolio and allocation frameworks, curated private-market access, diligence and underwriting resources, peer groups, practitioner workshops and relationships, and two annual in-person member experiences.

What kind of investment access do members receive?

Members may receive access to curated opportunities from third-party partners and to proprietary access vehicles organized or sponsored by Build Wealth. Build Wealth expects to conduct diligence before opportunities are made available. Member-preferred access or economics may be available on certain opportunities, but terms vary and participation is always optional.

How does the practitioner network work?

Build Wealth is building a network of experienced practitioners who may participate in workshops, education and member relationships. Membership does not mean those professionals become your personal tax, legal or estate advisors, and members should engage their own professionals for individualized advice.

Does joining require me to invest in anything?

No. Participation in any private investment opportunity is optional.

Does Build Wealth manage my portfolio?

No. Build Wealth is a do-it-with-you infrastructure and education platform for investors who want to remain involved in allocating their own capital. It is not delegated portfolio management.

How are membership and investments separated?

Membership fees pay for Build Wealth membership services. Investment capital is separate and is handled through the applicable offering and subscription process rather than the Build Wealth membership checkout.

What happens after I see if Build Wealth is a fit?

A member of the Build Wealth team will speak with you about your goals, answer questions about membership and determine whether Build Wealth is a good fit before you complete a membership agreement or payment.
